In response to the recent spike in COVID-19 cases in Hong Kong and increasingly tight restrictions from the HKSAR government, Advance e-shop delivery service will be updated as follow:

- All e-shop order cut-off date is every Monday. Normal delivery is every Thursday to Saturday. All delivery service may experience delayed up to 3 business days.
- All e-shop orders with addresses delivering to quarantine areas, centers, estates, and/or buildings in which subject to compulsory testing or confirmed COVID-19 cases may experience delivery service delay. Delivery agents will only deliver the parcel to the lobby, G/F, or management office.
- Contactless delivery practice is implemented across all delivery service to minimize contact and reduce transmission risk.
- For delivery to restriction-testing declaration building, delivery service for whole estate will be suspended.
